Macedonians know nothing of yummy BBQ (pork, that is). I finally found a recipe that sounded good, and oh boy was it?! Thanks to some imported Texas Pete (thanks mom and dad), we were able to enjoy some delicious sandwiches the other night. Sad day, we finished off all of the leftovers for lunch today. But this is definitely something I am going to have to do when I am craving Smithfield's again. Maybe next time I will try hushpuppies and brunswick stew with it. Yum.

mmm sounds like a good break from grilled meat and italian! :) we've got to find you a
chick-fil-a recipe...i hear the key is sweet pickle juice though. that would be hard to import! :)
