Our family was able to reconnect with a 'contact' family soon after we returned to Macedonia. They brought up the idea about continuing the Bible Study we were doing when we left. Last Wednesday I went over to their home (the believer from Skopje who is helping us until June). We studied the fifth lesson of the Chronological Bible Study, blood sacrifice. We read Leviticus 1:1-5 and Leviticus 4:27-35 and started discussing the sacrificial system in the Old Testament. It is tough to understand why Christ had to die on the cross if you do not understand the sacrificial system. I believe that by the end of lesson they started to see the connection.
Please be in prayer for this couple for two reasons:
1. Pray that they will truly understand what the Bible says about salvation.
2. Pray that they will invite their friends and family to participate and the Bible Studies will be more than just learning.
