Monday
Monday's are normally our day off. We take the day to be together as a family, get stuff done around the house, and spend extra time with the Lord. We always wake up and make biscuits and eggs. Yum! We enjoy the morning, doing little to nothing except getting ready to go out for a walk if the weather permits. We go to coffee which is the thing to do here, and we have really grown to love it. Depending on how well Kate is cooperating we normally stay at coffee for at least an hour, people watch, talk and just enjoy being together with no responsibilities. We walk a little, come home, read or watch some European tv, and always enjoy hamburgers for dinner. Monday evenings are normally movie night, that is, if we can find a good one to watch.
Here we are at coffee. The weather was gorgeous, and we had a very enjoyable time.
This particular Monday we had to cut our "off" day short. Brian was needed at the coffee house.
